Our philosophy
The altitude of the area, the cultivation conditions and the olive varieties are some of the characteristics that contribute to the unique taste and quality of olive oil. Our parcels are cultivated using environmentally friendly methods and are in the process of being converted to organic farming.
I have passed through the sufferings of the olive, the passions of the flax.
Stress brings out the wine and patience brings out the oil.
Traditional sayings of Laconia about the olive tree and olive oil.

Our history
Our history with olive oil begins when the Panagakos family moved from Mani to a small village near the area of Krokeon. The village is called "Asimion" and there are about 300 acres of olive trees, from which we produce our extra virgin olive oil today. Alexandros Panagakos, an agronomist from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, is involved in the cultivation and is essentially the third generation of the business.
